We are always pleased to welcome new members, whether you wish to be involved on stage, back stage or socially. Membership is open

to anyone over 16 years who is interested in ANY aspects of theatre production.

You get a monthly newsletter containing details of productions, auditions, and other general information. Articles from members are always welcomed for inclusion.

So, no matter what your interest you will  be very welcome and once a member you can be involved in anything that you wish... the world is your shellfish!

Want to get involved in set design and building?

If you have an eye for design or just want to enjoy creating a performance environment to a budget then volunteer for any production - you will always be welcome. All performances are fully funded and require nothing more of you than your enthusiasm and time.

Want to be a technician?

There is always a need for people keen on helping with lights and sound. Whether you are an experienced designer or a total beginner there will always be a need for a willing pair of hands. Just think - you could be assisting and working with some very state-of-the-art computer lighting or sound desks!

Want to ACT?

HTC is always looking for fresh new talent for our performances. There are many very experienced and talented actors within our membership and so if you have never acted before there could never be a better environment for you to try yourself out and see if you enjoy it!
If you have acted before then you will know the ropes and you will feel right at home straight away with our keen bunch of thespians.

Everything Else!

Anyone who has ever been involved with production of a play or musical will know that there are always jobs that need doing if the production is to be  successful, Properties, Ticketing, Front of House, Production Manager, Bar, Back Stage etc etc etc.
So, if all you want is to be involved - GREAT! We would love to hear from you.

Subscriptions are kept low and are really just to cover costs of producing our monthly newsletter.
