HTC's AGM 2012

This year's AGM will be...

Wednesday 22nd February at Victoria Hall Theatre starting at 8pm!

It will also be an AGM with a difference!

Due to booking and space complications, we have moved from the traditional Sunday slot to a mid-week position.  This is so that we can carry on with our AGM at Victoria Hall as is usually the case.

We hope to have as many members there as possible, as we have some wonderful ideas for the future of this Company and cannot wait to share them with everyone!  As we grow as a company, we have found the need to adapt and will be suggesting a more dynamic way of getting involved in the running of our Company which won’t necessarily need a huge time commitment as a committee member.

So what's changing?

Currently in the committee we have the following roles: Chair, Minutes Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, General Committee Roles

We are suggesting the following roles to the new committee with varying degrees of commitment: Chair, Minutes Secretary, Artistic Director, Technical Director, Treasurer, Fun-time Co-ordinator, Membership Secretary, Internal Publicity and External Publicity.

There will no doubt be questions about these new roles and we would be delighted to answer them at the AGM.

Plus, it’s a great opportunity to renew your membership (£7.50/ £12.50 for families/ £5 concession), catch up with old friends, make some new friends and hear about the up-coming year.  AND… of course, you can buy your tickets for the One-Act Play Festival!
